Two Sheets Added — the Procedure and the History
SHEET 10 and SHEET 11 issued. The AI section grows from positions to procedure to history — how I actually work with the machine, and the era-by-era log of what poking it taught me.

Reason for change: the AI & Philosophies sheet said what I believe, but not what I do, and not how any of it got this way. Two gaps, two sheets.
SHEET 10 — Working With AI is the procedure. Three seats at the bench — Architect, Documenter, Implementor — with a spec table for who owns what and who is barred from what. Spec before code. Diagnosis before fix. And the standing rules, every one of which was drafted mid-argument and earned its place by recurring.
SHEET 11 — Timeline of the Black Box is the history, told in eras rather than dates: poking the box, mining my own tailings, the box agreeing too much, the amnesia getting a name, the contract drafted in friction, building the logbook, and the box poking back. It ends where the work currently stands: the box never opened, but everything around it is instrumented.
Disposition of existing sheets: SHEET 08 (AI & Philosophies) unchanged except for cross-references to the two new sheets. All other sheets unaffected.
Verification: both sheets built, linked from the index, and field-checked by the only inspector this shop has.
A panorama sweep that assumed the world would hold still. It did not. The algorithm made exactly one bad assumption and then committed to it, with total confidence, all the way across the frame.
Which is the whole argument for stating a tolerance: every measurement carries one, whether or not anybody wrote it down.
